Reverend Dr. Albert L. Morgan
"GOD'S MAILMAN"
"God’s Mailman” began his preparation under the parental guidance of the late L.E. and Gloria Morgan. His home training was supported by the biblical foundation he received at Friendship Baptist Church, Brotmanville, New Jersey. It was at Friendship, in 1976, that “God’s Mailman” received his call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Following the leading of the Lord, he united with the Union Baptist Temple of Bridgeton, New Jersey to train under the tutelage of Reverend M. Marquette Peace. In preparation to fulfill the call on his life, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University), Pastor Morgan completed Biblical Studies at the Philadelphia College of Bible (now Cairn University). Pastor Morgan furthered his academic studies at Glassboro State College and William Paterson College. The Bethany Baptist Association of South Jersey ordained him in 1983. In 2016, God’s Mailman was bestowed an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Augustine Graduate School.
“God’s Mailman,” delivers the Word faithfully to the membership of Union Baptist Temple. He was called to the pastorate in April of 1986. As any good mailman would, he seeks the direction of his Postmaster, God the Father. In fulfilling the vision God has given him for his route, Pastor Morgan led the congregation in erecting a new edifice in 1991. The mortgage for this building was burned in 1995. An additional portion of the vision has become reality with the erection of an educational and recreational building. The Alms Center, based on the third chapter of Book of Acts, is used to house programs of uplift, and hope for the citizens of Bridgeton. The mortgage was burned at the 100th Church Anniversary. The edification of the saints is maintained through worship and a multifaceted Bible studies curriculum. Help for the hurting is provided through the Healing Word Biblical Counseling Center. Pastor Morgan has become the manager of a Christ-centered, worshipping, purposeful and innovative ministry by studying the road map - the Holy Bible, communicating with Postmaster through prayer and surveying his route to observe the needs of his patrons. I have given my ministry to the glory and honor of God; therefore, I am not the owner of my ministry, but simply the manager of it. If I am faithful to lead and feed the flock, God will see that ministry succeeds.
“God’s Mailman” delivered lessons of hope, reality and achievement as an African American History and Sociology teacher at Vineland High School. He was pressed into service for over thirty years by the Vineland Board of Education not only as a teacher, but also as an advocate and role model for youth. “God’s Mailman” delivers messages of equality and empowerment to the residents of Bridgeton, New Jersey. Pastor Morgan serves on the Bridgeton Board of Education and the Cumberland County E.O.F. Pastor Morgan is a past elected member of City Council and has served as its president. He is the past Moderator of the Bethany Association and past President of the Bridgeton Christian Ministers Association. Pastor Morgan currently serves as the President of the New England Missionary Baptist Convention, the oldest Black Baptist Convention in the country. He is also the Chairman of the Board of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses.
“God’s Mailman” delivers sermons from God’s Word with clarity and conviction to a national and international audience. As an additional avenue to fulfill Matthew 28: 19 &20, Pastor Morgan reaches the masses through a dynamic weekly radio, online, and television ministries.

“God’s Mailman” would have you know, he does not write letters he just delivers for God. When “God’s Mailman” speaks, there is:
Deliverance for those in bondage,
Edification for the saint,
Love for the unloved,
Inspiration for the discouraged,
Victory for the struggling,
Encouragement for the downtrodden,
Restoration for the deserter of faith and
Salvation to the sinner.
“God’s Mailman” always delivers!
"I have given my life to the glory and honor of God, therefore, I am not the owner of my ministry but simply the manager of it.
I am faithful to lead and feed the flock, God will see that my ministry succeeds."
